With more than 20 years of experience in corporate IT before founding AlphaTech in 2008, Jaret Carlson has built his career around one core belief: technology should empower people, not frustrate them.

Jaret began his journey in tech during the early days of CD-ROM installations and custom-built computers, cultivating a passion for helping others harness technology to reach their goals. That same passion drives AlphaTech today, transforming technology into opportunity for businesses across Mesa and beyond.

As Founder and President, Jaret leads the AlphaTech team with a people-first approach, combining deep technical expertise with genuine care for client success. His focus on continuous improvement and innovation has shaped AlphaTech into a trusted partner for managed IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and digital transformation.

Outside of work, Jaret is an active member of the Mesa business community through the Mesa Chamber of Commerce and remains committed to helping local businesses thrive in a fast-changing digital world.
